WE ARE LOOKING FOR COMPANIES THAT COULD BE INTERESTED IN HELPING PROMOTE THIS EXHIBITION.
DO YOU KNOW OF ANY COMPANIES THAT COULD SPONSOR OR SUPPORT THIS EXHIBITION? WE ARE SENDING OUT PROPOSALS THIS WEEK.

Exhibition opening: July 13th
1. Justin & Orion will be drafting letters to potential sponsors this week and attempting to contact them.
Primarily we are interested in large companies such as Hewlett Packard and OCE who can directly help with printing
the actual photographs and the catalogue for the exhibition.
2. Catalogue - Orion will be responsible for writing the foreword, theme and brief descriptions of the images.
3. Bea is contacting FNAC to find out contact details for exhibitions etc.
4. Göze is contacting La Caixa forum to find out contact details for exhibitions etc, and publicity in general.
5. I will be attempting to organise at least 2 other galleries / spaces who wish to book the exhibition. We should attempt to look outside Barcelona also. Paris, Dublin, London, etc etc,....
6. Ngaire has a huge wealth of experience in organising exhibitions and will be on-hand in the gallery to help you out.
We all need to make combined effort to publicise the exhibit. Any ideas will be appreciated.
We discussed the theme "Integration" as being "OPEN" to the artists interpretation but the following are some SUGGESTIONS.
Integration of culture, races, interracial marriages, economics, social/ political, fashion and attitudes, marco and micro, poverty, handicapped and disabled people.
Sponsorship.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR COMPANIES THAT COULD BE INTERESTED IN HELPING PROMOTE THIS EXHIBITION.
We have a specific target audience of mainly artistic professionals.
The target audience includes many photographers and other professionals in different areas including design, marketing, fine art, photography, music, writing, architecture.
Our network is 300 strong and all exhibition openings are attended by 50 to 100 people.
An estimated 300 people see every exhibition over a 2 week basis.
The analytics for the Gracia Arts Project website have recorded an average of 800 views per month.
Each visitor spends 4 to 5 minutes looking at 3 pages.
Sponsors can consider the following points:
Their logo (and perhaps others) will be advertised on the web page for the duration of the exhibit.
Their logo will appear on any printed material produced by the association for the duration of the exhibit.
Their logo will appear along with the words "Sponsored by ....." however they wish it to be worded.
They will associate their brand with the contemporary artists.
They will get visibility among our target audience.
They will have as their audience media savvy people who usually skip adds, and by sponsoring us they will get to this audience in a very cost effective way.
It is very low maintenance. They supply whatever it is and we do the rest.
It is also out intention to seek out other galleries for this exhibition so that the themes can develop and grow.
